Revocation Instruction for EU Citizens

Goods delivered within one shipment

Right of revocation

EU citizens have the right to revoke the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The 14-day revocation period starts from the day you or a third party appointed by you (but not the carrier) has taken the goods into possession.

In order to exercise the right of revocation, you must contact us (wb4u GmbH, Bachtelstrasse 5, 8340 Hinwil, Tel.: +41 43 810 03 03, E-Mail: info@wb4u.com) by means of a clear statement (i.e., a letter, telefax, or E-mail) about your decision to revoke the contract. You may use the attached standard revocation form, but it is not mandatory. The standard revocation form or another clear statement can be filled in and communicated to us electronically on our webpage wb4u.com. Be sure to make use of this option, so we can send you a prompt confirmation (i.e., by E-mail) of receiving the withdrawal.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to notify us by invoking the right to revoke before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must return all payment received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a delivery different from the one we offer, mainly a low-cost standard delivery) without delay and the latest within 14 days starting from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Concerning repayment, we use the same payment method that you chose for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed; in no case shall fees be charged because of the repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we receive the goods or you provide us with proof of sending them back, depending on whichever action is earliest.

You must send or hand back the goods to us immediately. In any case this must occur at latest within 14 days starting from the day you inform us about revocation of this contract. The time period is complied with by sending the goods back before expiry of 14 days. You assume the costs of the return delivery. You must assume the cost for diminished value of goods only if the diminished value results from handling other than that necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the goods.
